All liability of One Small Speck howsoever arising for inaccuracies or errors is expressly excluded.

One Small Speck will not be liable for any damages related to your use of or your inability to use this Website, or for any damages arising out of any action (whether based on contract, tort or otherwise) associated with the use or performance of any information contained in or any product advertised on this Website. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind including without limitation direct, indirect, special, compensatory or consequential damages, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of or damage to property, and claims of third parties.
You agree to indemnify One Small Speck against and hold One Small Speck harmless from any claims, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising from or related to your use of the Website or your violation of any of these Terms and Conditions.
You agree not to use the Website in any way that could cause damage to the Website or result in access to it being interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way.
You agree to use the Website for lawful purposes only.
You are not permitted to process an order online if you are under the age of 18 years.

We are not responsible for the content available on any other internet sites linked to the Website. Access to any other internet sites linked to the Website is at the user's own risk.
Legal
One Small Speck reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions, use of the Website, and any contracts formed between One Small Speck and its customers as a result of using this site, shall be governed in all respects by English law, and the user submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales with respect to any dispute relating to these Terms and Conditions, the Content, the use of the Website or the products or services purchased from this Website.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOCAL TAXES AND DUTIES
If the goods you order from One Small Speck are to be sent to an address outside the UK, customs and import duties and other taxes may be payable once the goods arrive at their destination. If this is the case, you will be fully responsible for any such duties and taxes.
Different countries apply different customs policies and charges; you will need to contact your local customs office for more specific information. As an importer of goods, you need to ensure that you comply with all the laws and regulations of the country in which you take delivery of your order.
DELIVERY TIMES
Normal delivery times, from receipt of order:
UK: 4-7 working days.
Europe: 5-6 working days.
Canada: 4-9 business days.
USA: 8-12 business days.
Rest of the World: 7-14 business days.
The maximum delivery time will not normally extend beyond 28 days. However, we do not accept any liability or claim arising from late delivery.
DAMAGED GOODS
Your order will be sent out from us in perfect condition.
You will therefore need to be able to demonstrate that any damage to the goods occurred solely whilst in transit from One Small Speck to your delivery address, in order for you to be entitled to a replacement order.
We will be happy to send you a replacement order for damaged goods, but we regret that we cannot give refunds for damaged goods.
You will initially be responsible for paying for the cost of return shipping.
Returning damaged goods:
In the unlikely event that an order arrives in a damaged condition, you must follow the following procedure:
1. First of all, email us within 24 hours of receiving your order at sales@onesmallspeck.com explaining fully the nature of the damage.
You must wait to obtain agreement from us as to whether your order can be returned, and for us to confirm the address to which the damaged goods should be sent.
2. If we agree that it is in order for you to return your order, wrap the goods securely, and ensure that you enclose:
a. The original packaging, and
b. A copy of your original receipt with your name, address, email address, landline phone number, and unique reference number.
We recommend that you use a signed-for delivery service.
If, when we have inspected the returned goods, we agree that the damage to the goods occurred solely whilst in transit from One Small Speck to your delivery address, we will send you a replacement order and refund your return shipping cost.
COOLING OFF PERIOD (European Union only)
In line with European legislation, we offer a cooling off period to our European customers. If your order has been delivered to a country within the European Union, you retain the right to cancel your order, so long as you return the goods within seven working days following the date of delivery.
The following conditions apply:
1. You must inform us in writing without delay, by sending an email to sales@onesmallspeck.com
Make sure you state your name, address, landline phone number, and the reference number provided in the email confirming your order, which will also be listed on your receipt.
2. You must wait for us to confirm the address to which the returned goods should be sent.
3. Your order must be returned unused and in perfect condition.
4. Your order must be returned within 7 working days after the delivery date.
5. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. This cost is non-refundable.
The following procedure must be carefully followed:
i. Carefully place your order in the original packaging.
ii. Enclose a copy of your original receipt, with your name, address, landline phone number, email address, and your reference number, and tape the package securely.
iii. Send the package to the address we supply.
We recommend that you use a signed-for delivery service.
N.B. You must ensure that we receive your returned order within seven working days after the delivery date.
If we receive your order back within the time limit specified and in perfect condition, we will arrange to refund the cost of your order, less our shipping/handling fee, within 30 days of receiving your returned order.
If we do not receive the goods back from you, together with a copy of your original receipt, we may arrange for collection of the goods from your home at your cost.
Customs and import duties, taxes, and shipping/handling fees are all non-refundable.
